Our gourmet (muffins and more) is made with only the finest, freshest ingredients available. Each 3 lb tube makes approx. 24 muffins, 48 mini-muffins, 3 loafs of bread, 2 bundt cake pans or one 9" x 13" cake pan. Also great in your waffle maker.
