Our food service products are available in scoop-and-bake case and our cookie doughs are also available in pre-portioned pucks. Properly baked cookies have a shelf life of 7 to 10 days. Muffins last 10 days and brownies will keep for 14 days or more and our doughs and batters can be kept refrigerated or frozen. Private label batches are also available in any size or quantity - from your recipe or on of our over 300 recipes.
Our gourmet, scoop-and-bake cookie doughs are available in 18-pound cases. Each case will yeild 288 one-ounce cookies. Preformed sizes are also available.
Our premium muffin batters come in 10-pound pails. Each pail yields 40 4oz. muffins. Batter can be frozen for upto six months. Two 10-pound pails per case. Available by pail or case.
Ready-to-bake-shapes celebrate every occasion. Cookies are packed 72 to the case. Size is prior to baking. Customized colors available.
Our rich brownie batters come in 9-pound pails or in a case of two 8.5 pound bags. One 17-pound case bakes into two full 16"x20" cookie sheets of brownies.
